Girl, you have got to build unshakable confidence! The motto I live by is: Elevated Living, Unshakable Confidence. A few months ago I had a heart-to-heart with myself in the mirror, and I realized I was talking a big game… but feeling a little shaky underneath. So I decided it was time to walk the walk, no more playing games! I realized I needed to lean into the confidence moves I’ve been talking about and actually live them.

Growing up in a small town outside of Charleston as avplus size brown skin girl, then graduating from Spelman College, and building my career in communications and now shifting into the influencer life — all of that taught me this: confidence isn’t a one-and-done milestone. It’s a practice.
So many of us feel like we should already have it, or we’re waiting for someone else to validate us (a brand, a partner, an audience). But the truth? The power to feel confident lies within us — and that’s what I want to share with you today.
